... traf er im Dschungel auf den König der Affen, dem er ein mystisches Buch abnehmen konnte. Daraus ist das Rezept zu dieser Sauce, die mit original thailändischen Zutaten wie Teriyaki, Ananas, Wasabi, Chilis und Ernussbutter aufwartet. Genial.

Guter Teriyaki Geschmack, aber leider nicht scharf

Geschmack sehr gut, aber nicht scharf!

Ich hatte mir von einer Thai Hot Sauce schon Schärfe erwartet, vor allem wenn der Händler ACHTUNG: SEHR SCHARF! (4) aufs deutsche Importeur-Etikett schreibt, abenso hier in der Beschreibung.
Leider ist sie das nicht. Ich würde sie auf der Scovlla-Scale als 2 von 6 einstufen.

Aber: top Geschmack! Starke, aber unaufdringliche Teriyaki-Note, nicht zu süss, echt gut.

Insgesamt also wie eine leicht geschärfte Teriyaki-Sauce.
