But take care: The effect of Trinidad Scorpion chilli comes slowly, but enormously and - for sure - very long persistently.
Fits perfect to meat, pasta, vegetables and for postspicing. With pleasure also in scrambled eggs, on Pulled-Pork, chilli con carne and to all other dishes which can stand a good shot of heat.

Besser als ihr Geruch
Sehr scharfe, nicht zu essiglastige Sauce. Als ich zuerst daran roch dachte ich mir zuerst "nicht schon wieder so ein essiglastiger Tabsco Clone". Aber nein, leicht süsslich fruchtige Note. Meiner persönlichen Empfindung nach vom Schärfegrad mit einer Vicous Viper vergleichbar. Ansonsten kann ich mich der vorhergenden Empfehlung nur anschließen.

Hält, was sie verspricht!
Angenehmer fruchtiger, leicht süßlicher Geruch und Geschmack. Sehr puristisch, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion mit etwas Limone. Wer die reine, klare Geschmackslinie mag, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Den Schärfegrad würde ich irgendwo zwischen OJ's Pain 95% und OJ's Pain 100% einordnen. Die Konsistenz ist grob mit der OJ Pain 85% vergleichbar. Diese Hot Sauce hat sich auf jeden Fall einen Platz in meinem Standardrepertoire gesichert.
