Sehr aromatisch, sehr scharf, sehr gut
Wow, was ein Aroma! Es ist nicht so häufig, eine Sauce zu bekommen, die mindestens so scharf ist wie angegeben, und nach den Hauptzutaten schmeckt, die angegeben sind. Die Blaubeeren und Johannisbeeren schmeckt man deutlich, dann kommt die Schärfe, die meiner Meinung deutlich über der 4 liegt, eher knapp bei 5. Pur tropfenweise gerade noch zu geniesen, eine simple Brühe wird damit zum inneren Heizstab. Wichtig auch: da ohne Extrakte, und wenig Essig, ist sie trotz Schärfe weder bitter noch sauer, noch hat sie diesen billigen Tabasco-Geschmack, mit dem bei anderen, extrakthaltigen Saucen die Bitterness überdeckt werden soll.
