This sauce has a light orange colour and an unbelievably fresh chili flavour. The Scotch Bonnet Chili is a cousin of the habanero and is presented here as a salubrious, medium-strength sauce.
Ingredients: Chili, peach, vinegar, onion, salt, sugar, glucose, lime, Acidifier Ascorbic - and citric acid, xanthan gum thickener
