The bhut jolokia or Naga Jolokia chili is a breeding form of the pepper species Capsicum chinense. They come from India's northeast and are known because of their special sharpness even outside India. 2006, she was inducted into the Guinness Book of world records chili as spiciest chili in the world. Earlier measurements of the Chile pepper Institute of New Mexico had revealed State University record values of over one million Scoville units.
Bhut Jolokia Peach is a variant of the normal bhut jolokia. It changes the color from green to peach color.
