Klassische Habanero-Sauce, rein im Geschmack ohne viel Ablenkung und der nötigen Schärfe durch Zugabe von Chili-Extrakt!

Zutaten: Habanero Chili, Wasser, Tomate, nat. Aroma, Salz, Gewürze   
Nährwerte pro 100 ml/g: Kalorien 45; Fett 1; davon gesättigte Fettsäuren 0; Kohlenhydrate 2; Zucker 0; Eiweiß 1; Salz 2   
Vor Gebrauch schütteln. Nach dem Öffnen kühl lagern. Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren. Achtung, sehr scharf!

Klassiker

Die schärfste und puristischste der Pain Reihe. Absolut reiner Habanerogeschmack, leicht salzig und mit ihren 40.000 Scoville ordentlich scharf. Hier darf man sich nicht von der vermeintlich niedrigen Schärfeangabe täuschen lassen, im Gegensatz zu den beiden anderen Vertretern der Pain Reihe wurde hier noch Extrakt zugegeben, was sich zwar nicht herausschmecken, aber durchaus herausfühlen lässt. Die Pain 100% ist z.B. merklich schärfer als die bekannte Vicious Viper die vom Hersteller mit 250.000 Scoville angepriesen wird. Generell kann man den Scovilleangaben von Original Juan eher trauen als den meisten anderen (Die Beyond Insanity mit ihren 120.000 Scoville steckt Hot Sauces in die Tasche die mit bis zu 600.000 Scoville "werben") Die Pain Reihe (85%, 95%, 100%) ist wie ich finde absolut super um in die Welt der Hot Sauces einzusteigen. Wer mit allen drei durch ist und sich langsam an die Schärfe gewöhnt hat, der kann sich hier auf jeden Fall in der Kategorie Extrem scharf austoben, wobei die Pain 100% auch da noch einigen Hot Sauces problemlos das Wasser reichen kann.
