Semi-rough textured, natural, air-dried special blend from France.
Special French salt - semi-rough textured, natural and air-dried. A grain made especially for the salt cellar. Sea salt is extracted from the sea water in salt lakes. Aside sodium chloride, there are traces of other salts e.g. from potassium, magnesium and manganese contained. By the way, rock salt is nothing other than sea salt which emerged through millions of years of dried-out seas.
