The name 'TroncoBronco' was given by a fiery Mexican muchacha and means, roughly, 'big slab of wood'.
The solid blocks offer homes to the most prevalent Hot Sauces and Crushers (Spice mills). They belong in the middle of every table and demand constant usage.
The TroncoBronco is made from solid wood, comes with brands and has a stainless steel T-handle. The Rancho is a refined construction and is available with 4, 8, or 16 holes. The Salon has been designed to cater for those special requirements sought in the gastronomy branch and comes with extra compartments for flyers, menus etc.
